KUANTAN: Split air-conditioning units have been installed at the critical wards of Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan as a temporary measure to resolve the problem of the broken down centralised air-conditioning system.

Hospital director Datuk Dr Ardi Awang said the number of mounted air-conditioners in the intensive care unit (ICU) had even been increased from four to seven.
