WITH drawn-on mutton chops and glittery party hats, the former employees and clients of the legendary Betelnut club came together for one last hoorah 20 years after its closure.

Established by Ken Chia, Kili Anandaraj and Spike Yong, Betelnut was one of the first clubs in Kuala Lumpur during the early 1990s that specialised in retro music.
