A contractor’s negligence has been identified as the cause of a flood that affected about 100 houses in Taman Seri Rampai in Wangsa Maju.
During a site visit, a Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) spokesman said the contractor had failed to take adequate measures to prevent soil from ending up in the drains.
