FOR senior citizens in the Klang Valley, one way to keep the mind and body active, is being members of lifelong learning bodies such as the Association for Lifelong Learning of Older Person, also known as “U3A” – University of the Third Age.

While the larger U3A Kuala Lumpur and Selangor organisation has existed since 2010, senior citizens in Bandar Utama have also formed their own U3A Bandar Utama (BU), which started as a branch of the former in 2015.
