KUALA TERENGGANU: The Kuala Terengganu City Council (MBKT) and Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID) should introduce more comprehensive flood mitigation measures.

State Infrastructure, Public Utilities and Energy and Green Technology committee deputy chairman Tengku Zaihan Che Ku Abd Rahman said the flash floods which occurred last week were due to the high amount of rainfall in a short period of time.
