THE 21st Penang Bon Odori Festival will be held at the Queensbay Mall outdoor car park this year since the Esplanade is being upgraded, says state Tourism Development Committee chairman Danny Law Heng Kiang.
“It will be held from 6pm to 10.30pm on July 15 and there will also be fireworks at 10pm.”
