RESIDENTS’ associations (RAs) looking at implementing automated boom gates will now have to get 100% consent from their members according to new guidelines from the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA).
However, if the RAs opt for manual boom gates, the rule still stands at 75% consent as per the old guideline.
