Penang aiming for zero stray

THE Penang Island City Council (MBPP) will adopt the ‘trap, neuter and release’ method to reduce the stray dog population on the island.

Mayor Datuk Maimunah Mohd Sharif said the method under the ‘Zero Stray’ programme was in line with the council’s vision to achieve a zero stray state status.
