Si Chuan Dou Hua at Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur welcomes back the “Monk Jumps Over the Wall”, a dish which originated from Fuzhou, the provincial capital of Fujian, China. An authentic creation made up of layers of premium ingredients, this bowl of wholesome goodness consists of seafood treasures such as dried scallop, sea cucumber, fish maw, abalone and shark’s fin. Other ingredients include black chicken, which is rich in antioxidants. These fine ingredients are double-boiled in a superior stock for three hours, releasing the flavour from each ingredient to blend with the stock.
