WHILE I am not a fan of fish head noodles, getting a taste of it at a stall in Restoran Kedai Minuman Salak Selatan Baru changed my perception towards the local favourite.
Usually, I find the fishy smell too strong even though it is fried, and parts of the fish are rather bony, which gives me the additional hassle of picking out tiny bones.
