IKETERU at Hilton Kuala Lumpur will for the first time serve premium grade A5 Wagyu beef from Tokushima prefecture in Japan.

Besides the popular sirloin and tenderloin cuts, the restaurant’s Japanese executive chef Ricky Kamiishi said the promotion would also feature lesser-known cuts such as shoulder and knuckle.
