KAMPUNG Baru Lima Kedai in Johor Baru used to resemble a parking lot for motorcycles in the wee hours of the morning.

This is because the village, which is about 20 minutes to the Second Link in Tuas, was a favourite breakfast stop for those heading to Singapore for work.
