MIRI: The Gymkhana Club of Miri (GCM) is the oldest public club in Miri with a rich history.
It was founded in 1913 by early oil explorers during a time when there were not many recreational clubs around and was the gathering place for pioneers from Canada and Europe who came to Miri to dig oil wells.
