Air Itam residents say debris from bridge led to flooding

TWO weeks after the deluge in Penang, many residents are lamenting that the local authorities failed to do enough to prevent the flood.

Residents of Jalan Zoo in Air Itam claimed that their area flooded for the first time in 40 years due to the building of a bridge between Jalan Zoo and Jalan Kampung Pisang.
