MANY English teachers are looking forward to using imported English textbooks in their classrooms next year, as they are supportive of the Education’s Ministry decision to make use of the foreign textbooks.

Several educators interviewed by MetroPerak said that it is important for Malaysian schoolchildren, whether urban or rural, to catch up with how English is being taught throughout the world.
