State and federal bodies jointly develop rural areas

KOTA KINABALU: Close cooperation between the state government and federal ministries is vital for the successful planning and implementation of projects in the state.

Chief Minister Tan Sri Musa Aman said the move by Regional and Rural Development Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob to jointly chair a meeting with its state counterparts on rural development projects for Sabah was in the right direction.
