PLASTIC bags, rubbish and food waste are among some of the items thrown daily from the higher floors of the Bercham Flats near the Econsave hypermarket in Taman Sri Bercham, Ipoh.

Late last year, a resident there was nearly hit by a brick, but it luckily missed her by centimeters.
