KUANTAN: The Pahang Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) began the year with an official visit from members of an affiliated international organisation.
The International Police Association of Macau, led by its vice-president Miguel Lam Vai Chun, dropped by the town to foster closer ties between Malaysia and Macau.
