URBAN neighbourhoods in Malaysia sometimes lack the sense of community that rural villages often enjoy, and this is something the residents in SS20, Petaling Jaya, hope to bring back.

“In townships, people basically don’t know each other. They just go to work and come back home without talking to each other,” SS20 Damansara Utama Rukun Tetangga chairman Eileen Thong said.
