KUCHING: AEON Co (M) Bhd, in celebrating the opening of its first outlet in Sarawak next month, has embedded its roots in the city by continuing its tree planting tradition.

Its managing director Shinobu Washizawa led some 100 participants including pupils of SJK Chung Hua Batu 7 and SK Tembawang, Bau, to plant 50 trees and 450 plants on the grounds of AEON Mall Kuching Central as part of AEON’s Hometown Forest Programme.
