PARENTS should keep a close eye on their children to prevent them from failing victims to sexual crimes, said Penang police chief Comm Datuk Seri A. Thaiveegan.
He said constant communication with their children would help gain their trust and uncover the truth behind some ‘ugly’ incidents affecting the kids.
