KUANTAN: The state government does not view lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) individuals as criminals but it will still strive to curb the culture.
State Culture, Unity, Social Welfare, Women and Family Development Committee chairman Datuk Seri Shahaniza Shamsuddin said LGBT culture has become widespread to the point these individuals were worshipped as celebrities and idols.
