RESIDENTS of Laman Residen, off Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, want a permanent solution to the rubbish-filled Sungai Jinjang tributary at the back of their neighbourhood that is emitting a stench which is getting on their nerves.

Food waste and packaging such as plastic and polystyrene containers as well as undergrowth can be seen in the stagnant river.
