A THREE-DAY operation by Klang Municipal Council (MPK) to cull stray dogs in Pulau Ketam has upset dog lovers.

Resident Annabelle Tan, a housewife who witnessed the culling, said the captured strays were put to sleep by injection on the spot. The carcasses were then stuffed into garbage bags and carted away in roller bins.
