ENVIRONMENTAL groups are questioning the Perak government’s decision to approve the forest plantation project that involves some 400ha of land in Kledang Saiong Forest Reserve and Bukit Kinta Forest Reserve.
Kumpulan Aktivis Sahabat Alam (Kuasa) president Hafizuddin Nasaruddin said the forest was covered with dipterocarp trees, or timber trees.
