The Miss Penang Bon Odori beauty contest will be the highlight of the 23rd edition of the Penang Bon Odori Festival this year.
The festival, which will be held on July 20 at the Queensbay Mall outdoor car park from 5pm to 11pm, is a traditional and merry Japanese event that is celebrated with dances and lively drum performances to welcome ancestral spirits.
