DESPITE Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng’s attempt to deter unlicensed durian stalls from operating on a grassy area along Jalan Prima 10 Kepong, a stubborn illegal vendor continues to set up tables and tents for their business.

“We welcome anyone who is interested in doing business in this area, especially hawkers, but there are rules and regulations that must be followed,” said Lim’s political secretary Yew Jia Haur.
