Heavy rain has been identified as the reason for the flash flood in SS14, Subang Jaya.
The flash flood along Persiaran Kewajipan in Subang Jaya on Thursday evening was caused by heavy rain.
Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) deputy president Mohd Zulkarnain Che Ali said intense rainfall during the short period contributed to the flash flood.
