ONE of the challenges when it comes to mangrove conservation is identifying the right agency to champion the cause.

In an interview with StarMetro, Universiti Malaya (UM) senior lecturer Dr Amy Then said, “We need to present it to relevant agencies. We learned that land matters fall under the state’s jurisdiction and have engaged with the local council and government agencies.”
