IT IS a slow day crowd-wise at a mall in Kuala Lumpur on a public holiday, but a group of people have gathered at the foyer to partake in a free yoga session.

One by one they trickle in, and they are greeted by their instructor for the day, petite Vanessa Pearl Tay who has planned her lesson centred around a disco theme.
