ONLY a milligram of rotenone is needed to kill every fish in a pond, and this is believed to be the fate of the fishes in the Tecoma Pond at Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) headquarters in Bandar Perda.

While no one knows who could have poured in the poison, a few people on social media have accused unknown anglers bearing a grudge against MBSP after joining a fishing competition it co-organised just a day before the calamity.
