The shopping centre in Taman Desa Tebrau, Johor Baru, spans over 1.25 million sq ft of gross built-up area, housing a total of 300 retail lots spread across four floors with 4,600 parking lots on two levels.

THE newly opened Toppen shopping centre sees the Tebrau growth corridor in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor, offering good growth prospects and business opportunities.

Its general manager Joakim Hogsander described the Tebrau growth corridor as a good location with the critical mass which was important for businesses including the retail sector.
