HAPPY faces could be seen everywhere as 257 youths from south Seberang Prai received cheques from the state government to study at higher learning institutions in Malaysia.
Ang Hui Peng, 21, from Simpang Ampat, said she was grateful for the aid which came at the right time as she was preparing to enter Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP).
