JOHOR BARU: The Johor Baru Tiong Hua Association is planning to convert its oil palm plantation located in Gelang Patah into a commercial centre.

The association’s newly-appointed president Ho Sow Tong said they were currently in talks to convert their agricultural land into a commercial lot, which would also house sports facilities for public use.
