MITEC grows as conference venue

MITEC looks ahead to Malaysia’s business events industry.

WITH a new year and a new decade upon us, the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) is further cementing its position as the country’s largest trade and exhibition centre with an expansive line-up of upcoming investments in its facilities and amenities that promises to propel MITEC into a higher league as befitting its position as an international conference and exhibition venue.

While a makeover signals the start of an exciting 2020 for MITEC, the venue has benefitted from an extensive investment fit-out in 2019. Some of the refurbishments include the addition of two more rooms with the option of theatre or banquet-style seating, and various other rooms, such as the pre-function lobby, the VIP lounge, board rooms and VIP suites, were given a refreshing interior design upgrade.
