Council to gazette licensing bylaw within two months

THE Penang Island City Council (MBPP) is looking to gazette the Licensing of Dogs and Kennel Establishment By-Laws 2020 to limit the number of dogs each owner is allowed to keep at their residential premises.

MBPP mayor Datuk Yew Tung Seang said the bylaw is expected to be gazetted within two months after it is presented in the next exco meeting.
