TO show appreciation for Penang’s athletes, the state government presented RM23,500 in incentives to eight state athletes who contributed gold medals in the Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) under its Skim Kemenangan Sukan Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang (Skimas).

Among the recipients was diver Ooi Tze Liang, who won a gold medal in the Men’s 3m springboard individual at New Clark City Aquatic Centre in Philippines, receiving RM9,000.
