NEWLY appointed Ipoh city councillor Dr Richard Ng wants to make Ipoh green and clean.

Ng as the president of Ipoh City Watch, a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that aims to create a sustainable and liveable city, has plans to turn Ipoh into a “green city” with low carbon footprint.
