OPERATION supervisors (OS) in charge of street cleanliness, must guide grass cutters in public areas, to have cut grass swept and bagged with the aim to stop it from being blown or washed into the drains.

Of recent, most supervisors have been caught up with complaints of cut grass not being swept in neighbourhoods where a strong gust of wind would blow it into drains but often overlooked.
