Blood donation drive yields 251 pints

JUNIOR Chamber International Bandar Klang and Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital, Klang (HTAR) jointly organised a blood donation campaign at Aeon Bukit Raja in Klang where a total of 321 people registered as donors and 251 pints of blood were collected.

Klang Municipal councillor Ngian Yoke Moi, who launched the event, said that due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic and enforcement of movement control order, people could not donate blood and consequently blood banks faced a serious shortage.
