KAMPUNG Sungai Penchala residents are grateful to Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) for replacing 300m of railing along the river in their neighbourhood.
Rosman Abdullah Momin said children from the neighbourhood were often spotted near the river and the broken railing posed a danger.
