JOHOR BARU: About 95% of online applications for the Single Mothers Special Assistance (BKIT) scheme in Johor have been rejected mainly because of insufficient documents.

State Women Development Department (JPW) director Enny Suhailis Suleiman said some applicants had even sent pictures of their husband’s tombstone, instead of death certificate.
