HAWKERS at the Bayan Baru food court in Penang are observing stricter precautionary measures now ever since three Covid-19 cases surfaced in Teluk Kumbar.

Mee goreng stall owner Zarinah Mohammad, 61, who has been operating at the food court for over 16 years, said all the hawkers there were cooperative.
