IN a move to ease the burden of the underprivileged during the Covid-19 pandemic, a Penang-based NGO, New Generation Club (NGC), has distribute food items to 15 schools on Penang island.

Event organising chairman Ooi Kok Eng said the schools would then pass the food to poor families.
