SMART Tunnel reopened to traffic


STORMWATER Management and Road Tunnel (SMART) has reopened the SMART Tunnel at 6.37pm this evening following a major clean-up work that was undertaken in the aftermath of Thursday's downpour (Sept 10).

The 3km double-deck motorway was closed to traffic at 4pm on Thursday to divert flood water to the tunnel following its "Mode 4" activation.
