THE question of whether Deepavali bazaars will be allowed in Kuala Lumpur is still up in the air as the decision hinges on whether the conditional movement control order (MCO) continues after Oct 27.

Federal Territories (FT) Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa said a decision would be made after the conditional MCO ends on Oct 27.
