Channelling more aid to B40 groups

JOHOR BARU: The state government is in the final phase of introducing an aid programme dubbed “Find Someone In Need” that aims to help the lower-income community in Johor.

Johor women, family and community development committee chairman Zaiton Ismail said the programme would be headed by the state Welfare Department and focus on helping low-income earners, people with disabilities, the elderly and single mothers in the B40 group.
