JOHOR BARU: The Johor Health Department has inspected 4,224 food premises in the state from January until September this year to ensure compliance with the standard operating procedures during the Covid-19 pandemic.
State Health director Dr Aman Rabu said 134 premises had been closed down, including two food stalls, under Section 11 of the Food Act 1983 for failing to comply with the proper hygiene standards.
