KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has torn down all the illegal structures at the back lane of Prima Setapak in Wangsa Maju to make way for the cleaning and upgrading of drains in the area.

This came about following residents and business owners’ complaints of flash floods caused by clogged drains that were made difficult to clean due to the illegal extensions and concrete slabs covering the drains.
