DBKL identifies offender behind Metropolitan Lake pollution

POLLUTION in Kepong Metropolitan Lake, Kuala Lumpur on Saturday could have been caused by one of two construction sites nearby with a history of dumping waste into the lake.

A Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) spokesperson said the culprit had discharged waste into the lake many times in the past and had been given multiple notices to stop.
